Injector Fuel Return Overflow Pipe Assembly – Ford Ranger / Everest 3.2 Diesel OEM Replacement

The injector fuel return pipe routes excess fuel from all five injectors back to the fuel tank or low-pressure circuit. When this pipe cracks, splits at a connector, or the O-ring seals fail, you’ll experience fuel leaks, hard starting, loss of power, white smoke, or the engine cutting out under load as the fuel system loses prime pressure. On a common rail diesel like the 3.2, fuel system integrity is critical.

This complete replacement assembly includes the multi-branch steel rail with 5 red-capped injector return ports, dual hose construction (black rubber main feed and grey braided return line), and a quick-release green O-ring end fitting for secure, leak-free connection to the fuel system.

Compatible Vehicles

  • Ford Ranger – 3.2 TDCi 5-Cylinder Diesel
  • Ford Everest – 3.2 TDCi 5-Cylinder Diesel

Note: This pipe is specific to the Ford 3.2 TDCi 5-cylinder diesel engine. We recommend replacing all injector return connector clips at the same time.
