Electronic Throttle Body – Ford Duratec 1.4 / 1.5 / 1.6 OEM Replacement

A faulty throttle body on the Ford Duratec 1.4, 1.5, and 1.6 engine causes rough idle, poor throttle response, hesitation under acceleration, uncontrolled revving, and engine warning lights. The electronic throttle body controls airflow into the engine in response to accelerator pedal input — when the butterfly plate sticks or the TPS motor fails, engine performance and drivability suffer significantly.

This direct-fit replacement features a tall square-profile aluminium body with large polished bore and rear-mounted TPS motor block — specific to the Duratec 1.4, 1.5, and 1.6 engine family. No coolant ports on this unit. Bolts straight on with no modifications required.
